Soft Play Terms & Conditions

• Socks must be worn by all children and adults entering the soft play area. Shoes must be removed before use.
• Clothing & personal items: Children should wear appropriate clothing. Items such as jewellery, sharp objects, or clothing with cords should not be worn on the equipment.
• Supervision: Parents and/or guardians are responsible for the behaviour and supervision of the children in their care at all times.
• On-site requirement: Parents and/or guardians must always remain on the premises while their child is using the soft play area. Our staff do not provide childcare or assume responsibility for supervision.
• Safe use: Children must use the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner and always follow all staff instructions.
• Health & hygiene: Children who are unwell should not use the soft play area. We encourage regular handwashing before and after play.
• Right to refuse entry / removal: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any individual to leave if they are acting unsafely or in breach of these rules. In such circumstances, no refunds will be given.
• Cancellations & amendments: Bookings must be cancelled or amended with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made with less notice are non-refundable. Deposits for soft play parties are non-refundable.
• Liability: We take all reasonable steps to provide a safe and well-maintained environment. However, use of the soft play area is undertaken at the customer’s own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries resulting from misuse of the equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
• Operational changes: We reserve the right to close or restrict access to the soft play area at any time for cleaning, maintenance, or safety reasons.
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, including allergy management, we kindly ask that only food and drink purchased on-site is consumed on the premises.

• Supervision: Parents and/or guardians are responsible for the behaviour and supervision of the children in their care at all times. Our required supervision ratios are:
  • Under 2’s: 1 adult to 3 children
  • Ages 2 to 4: 1 adult to 3–4 children
  • Ages 5+: 1 adult to 4–6 children
• On-site requirement: Supervising parents and/or guardians must always remain on the premises during the party. Our staff do not provide childcare or assume responsibility for supervision.
• Safe use: Children must use the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner and always follow all staff instructions.
• Party duration & room use: Party bookings include use of the designated party area/room for a maximum of 2 hours unless otherwise agreed in advance. We kindly ask that the area is vacated promptly at the end of your allocated time to allow for cleaning and the next booking.
• Food & drink: For the comfort and safety of all guests, including allergy management, only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed on the premises, with the exception of a birthday cake. No fireworks, sparklers, or novelty candles are permitted.
